John Cozzarelli, D.P.M. (D.A.B.P.S.) (F.A.C.F.A.S.)

John Cozzarelli graduated from Long Island University, Arnold Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy in Brooklyn, New York in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy. He became a registered pharmacist in 1982 and was employed by Columbus Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He then entered and graduated the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1987 earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He then completed residency training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions in New York City. Dr. Cozzarelli then became Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery in 1991, by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has also recertified in foot surgery in 2000.

Dr. Cozzarelli is Certified and has been trained in Nerve Decompression Surgery which reverses the symptoms of Diabetic Neuropathy. This extensive training was under the supervision of Dr. A Lee Dellon, an accomplished Plastic Neurosurgeon and a pioneer of the procedure. Dr. Dellon trains physicians all over the world to perform this delicate surgery. Presently there are 340 surgeons trained globally. In addition to this advanced training Dr. Cozzarelli has recieved advanced training in Microsurgical Techniques from Columbia University.

Most recently Dr. Cozzarelli has received training in the Patholase PinPointe FootLaser for fungal infections of the nail. Dr. Cozzarelli was selected as one of the top doctors by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in 2008. This is quite an honor. Dr. Cozzarelli's patient care philosophy has always been treat my patients the way I would want to be treated. He was also selected as one of the top podiatrists in the United States in 2008.

Dr. Cozzarelli is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons since 1991. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and a member of the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association. He is a contributing writer for Podiatry Today Magazine and locally for the Belleville Times and Nutley Sun Column called "Ask the Foot Doctor." He has lectured nationally on podiatric topics including common foot and ankle problems and medications utilized in podiatry. Dr. Cozzarelli was past medical director for the state of New Jersey for the Podiatric Independent Physicians Affiliation. He was named as quality assurance director for a network of podiatric physicians called Pedal Management and finally has sat on a peer review committee for Prudential Health Insurance Company. He presently is on staff at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey, Clara Maass Hospital in Belleville, New Jersey. Dr. Cozzarelli maintains his private practice in Belleville, New Jersey. Joseph A. Cione, D.P.M. (D.A.B.P.S.) (F.A.C.F.A.S.)

Dr. Joseph Cione attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Sports Medicine in 1991. Following Rutgers University, he attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1995. He then completed a three year surgical residency at the Franciscan Health Systems of New Jersey in Hoboken, New Jersey, which is one of the foremost programs in the United States. His residency training specialized in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He also received training in sports medicine under the supervision of the Podiatric Physician for the New York Giants, New Jersey Nets and the New Jersey Devils. His training included various aspects in Diabetic Foot Care and limb salvage.

Dr. Cione is Certified and has been trained in Nerve Decompression Surgery which reverses the symptoms of Diabetic Neuropathy. He also writes a local news column in the Belleville Times and the Nutley Sun named "Ask the Foot Doctor". He has been a noted lecturer on various podiatric medical conditions of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Cione was selected as one of the top podiatrists in the United States in 2008.

Currently Dr. Cione is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and a component member of the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Cione is Board Certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Cione is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Cione has specialty training if Acupuncture and is Board Certified in Podiatric Acupuncture. Dr. Cione has recieved advanced training in Microsurgical Techniques from Columbia University. He is on staff at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey and at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey. Dr. Cione has been appointed Medical Director of the Essex Surgical Arts Surgery Center, LLC in Belleville, New Jersey. Christopher Jay Mullin, D.P.M. (D.A.B.P.S.) (F.A.C.F.A.S.)

Dr. Christopher Jay Mullin earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He then completed a two year postgraduate surgical residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in Bronx, New York. This well rounded residency program involved rotations in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics. After completion of his residency training, Dr. Mullin went into private practice in the Bronx and Yonkers, New York. He presently is on staff at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center and Surgicare in Bronx, New York.

Dr. Mullin is Certified and has been trained in Nerve Decompression Surgery which reverses the symptoms of Diabetic Neuropathy. Julian Sansone, D.P.M.

Dr. Julian Sansone attended St. John's University where he recieved his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1996. Following St. John's University, he attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2002. He then completed a three year surgical residency at the New York and Brooklyn Campuses of the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare, as well as the St. Albans Primary & Extended Care Center (Domiliciary). His residency training specialized in podiatric orthopedics, primary podiatric medicine, and foot surgery. After completion of his residency training, Dr. Sansone went into a fellowship in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
